James Porter, the owner of PorterHouse Contracting LLC, brings over 20 years of hands-on restoration and contracting experience to every project. He began his career as a technician with a drive to learn every aspect of the industry — and that work ethic took him through management and growth roles across three industry-leading companies before he launched PorterHouse in June of 2021.



PorterHouse Contracting LLC is fully licensed, certified, insured, and bonded. James has a deep passion for customer service and holds his crew to the same high standard — friendly, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. They are also experts at navigating the insurance claims process, taking that burden off your plate when you need it most.

James grew up in Arcadia, Indiana and has called Noblesville home since 2003, when he bought his first house. He married his high school sweetheart, Kristi, and together they run PorterHouse with the same values they live by at home — honesty, care, and putting people first. They have two kids, two dogs, and a genuine love for this community.



James and Kristi believe in what they do. Whether it's a dream kitchen remodel, a bathroom transformation, or cleaning up the aftermath of water or mold damage, their clients' comfort, safety, and satisfaction are always the priority.
